Cadamstown, históricamente conocido como Ballymacadam, es una pequeña aldea en el condado de Offaly, Irlanda. Se encuentra en la carretera regional R421, justo al norte de las Montañas Slieve Bloom. Está a aproximadamente 20 km de Tullamore y a 6 km de Kinnitty.
La aldea está dividida por el desfiladero del río Silver, que es cruzado por la R421. La carretera forma la calle principal de la aldea. El plano es predominantemente lineal, centrado alrededor del puente sobre el río Silver e incluye una iglesia, una posada y aproximadamente 20 casas, con una población de alrededor de 60 personas. El molino se encuentra al oeste y el puente de mampostería Ardara está al norte.
