Cadamstown, storicamente conosciuto come Ballymacadam, è un piccolo villaggio nella Contea di Offaly, Irlanda. Si trova lungo la strada regionale R421, appena a nord delle Montagne Slieve Bloom. È a circa 20 km da Tullamore e a 6 km da Kinnitty.
Il villaggio è diviso dal canyon del fiume Silver, che è attraversato dalla R421. La strada forma la via principale del villaggio. Il piano è prevalentemente lineare, centrato attorno al ponte sul fiume Silver e comprende una chiesa, una locanda e circa 20 case, con una popolazione di circa 60 persone. Il mulino si trova a ovest e il ponte Ardara Masonry si trova a nord.
