Cadamstown, historisch bekend als Ballymacadam, is een klein dorp in County Offaly, Ierland. Het ligt aan de R421 regionale weg, net ten noorden van de Slieve Bloom Mountains. Het is ongeveer 20 km van Tullamore en 6 km van Kinnitty.
Het dorp is verdeeld door de kloof van de Silver River, die wordt gekruist door de R421. De weg vormt de Hoofdstraat van het dorp. Het plan is overwegend lineair, gecentreerd rond de brug over de Silver River en omvat een kerk, een herberg en ongeveer 20 huizen, met een bevolking van ongeveer 60 mensen. De molen bevindt zich in het westen en de Ardara Masonry Bridge ligt in het noorden.
