Byen Zuidbroek ligger i kommunen Midden-Groningen i den hollandske provins Groningen. I 2021 havde Zuidbroek 3.575 indbyggere. Indtil 1. juli 1965 var Zuidbroek en selvstændig kommune. På denne dato fusionerede kommunen med Noordbroek til kommunen Oosterbroek. Byen har siden 1992 været skåret over af motorvejen A7. Den reformerte korskirke ligger nord for vejen, mens jernbanestationen, den største del af detailhandlen, de fleste boligområder og erhvervsområderne Gouden Driehoek og Industrieweg ligger i den sydlige del af byen.
