Fæstningen ved Uithoorn er en del af Amsterdam Forsvaret. I folkemunde refereres der af og til til Fort Amstelhoek. Fæstningen ligger i landsbyen Amstelhoek i kommunen De Ronde Venen og kan ses fra N196. Om befæstningen ligger en voldgrav.
Omkring Amsterdam blev der fra 1880 anlagt 45 fæstninger. Fort Amstelhoek bestod først af jordvolde, og i 1887 blev det godkendt ved kongeligt dekret at anlægge en befæstning. Denne blev udvidet mellem 1909 og 1911 med bombesikre bygninger, og i 1917 blev der oprettet en luftforsvarsenhed. Besætningen bestod dengang af 321 mænd.
