Velperpladsen er en nogenlunde oval langstrakt plads i centrum af Arnhem, hvor Musis Sacrum og Rembrandt Teater blandt andet er beliggende. Pladsen ligger på den nordøstlige side af indkøbscentret i Arnhem. Velperpladsen spiller en vigtig rolle i rotationen af bil- og bustrafikken i Arnhem. Mellem ca. 1995 og 2005 blev pladsen grundigt renoveret med nye kørebaner og cykel-/gangstier og/eller omlægning af disse. Der kom også en helt ny busstation på sydsiden og en tunnelindgang til parkeringsanlægget der.
