Mariakirken, officielt kaldet Vor Frue til Himmelfart Kirke, er en romersk-katolsk kirke på Hoofdstraat i den nederlandske by Apeldoorn. Bygningen af den neogotiske kirke begyndte i 1895 under arkitekt J.W. Boerbooms, men blev på grund af hans død i 1899 afsluttet af Jos Cuypers og Jan Stuyt. Kirkebygningen erstattede en ældre kirke fra 1846 lavet af Gerard te Riele. Kirken har siden januar 2010 været hovedkirken for den da nyetablerede Emmaüsmenighed, som også omfattede Teresiakirken, Emmanuelkirken og Victor-kirken. Siden 1. januar 2013 er alle andre kirker blevet lukket, så Mariakirken nu er den eneste kirke, der bruges af menigheden.
