La Chiesa di Maria, ufficialmente conosciuta come Chiesa dell'Assunzione della Beata Vergine Maria, è una chiesa cattolica romana situata sulla Hoofdstraat nella città olandese di Apeldoorn. La costruzione della chiesa neogotica iniziò nel 1895 sotto l'architetto J.W. Boerbooms, ma a causa della sua morte nel 1899 fu completata da Jos Cuypers e Jan Stuyt. L'edificio della chiesa sostituì una chiesa più antica del 1846 realizzata da Gerard te Riele. La chiesa è diventata la chiesa madre della parrocchia di Emmaus, fondata nel gennaio 2010, che comprendeva anche la Chiesa di Teresa, la Chiesa di Emmanuel e la Chiesa di Vittorio. Dal 1 gennaio 2013 tutte le altre chiese sono state chiuse, rendendo la Chiesa di Maria l'unica chiesa utilizzata dalla parrocchia.
