Die Mariakerk, offiziell die Onze Lieve Vrouwe ten Hemelopnemingkerk, ist eine römisch-katholische Kirche an der Hoofdstraat in der niederländischen Stadt Apeldoorn. Der Bau der neugotischen Kirche begann 1895 unter dem Architekten J.W. Boerbooms, wurde jedoch aufgrund seines Todes 1899 von Jos Cuypers und Jan Stuyt vollendet. Das Kirchengebäude ersetzte eine ältere Kirche aus dem Jahr 1846, die von Gerard te Riele entworfen wurde. Die Kirche ist seit Januar 2010 die Hauptkirche der damals gegründeten Emmaüs-Pfarrei, zu der auch die Teresiakerk, die Emmanuelkerk und die Victorkerk gehörten. Seit dem 1. Januar 2013 sind alle anderen Kirchen geschlossen, sodass die Mariakerk nun die einzige Kirche ist, die von der Pfarrei genutzt wird.
