L'église Mariakerk, officiellement nommée l'église Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, est une église catholique romaine située sur la Hoofdstraat dans la ville néerlandaise d'Apeldoorn. La construction de l'église néogothique a débuté en 1895 sous l'architecte J.W. Boerbooms, mais a été achevée en 1899 par Jos Cuypers et Jan Stuyt en raison de son décès. Le bâtiment de l'église a remplacé une ancienne église de 1846 conçue par Gerard te Riele. Depuis janvier 2010, l'église est la principale église de la paroisse Emmaüs récemment créée, qui incluait également l'église Teresiakerk, l'église Emmanuelkerk et l'église Victorkerk. Depuis le 1er janvier 2013, toutes les autres églises ont été fermées, si bien que la Mariakerk est maintenant la seule église utilisée par la paroisse.
