Arneplaat er en ø marked overfor den Zeeuwse by Veere. Øen er i dag hovedsageligt dækket af skov og består delvist af engområde. Øen er i hænderne på Naturmonumenter-foreningen, som forvalter øen. Forvaltningen af vandet er i hænderne på Vanddistriktet Scheldestromen. Øen er ligesom de Zeeuwse øer Mosselplaat, Goudplaat, Haringvreter og Aardbeieneiland ubefolket og frit tilgængelig for rekreation. I 2011 har vanddistriktet anlagt nye moler. Dette gør det muligt for skibe med en større dybgang også at lægge til.
