Eben außerhalb der Stadt befindet sich das imposante Schloss Betho. Das Schloss, dessen erste Erwähnung aus dem Jahr 1267 stammt, war ursprünglich eine Wasserburg. Der heutige Teich erinnert an den Schlossgraben, der einst das gesamte Gebäude umschloss. Das residenzielle Schloss ist symmetrisch angelegt und besteht aus: Schloss, Viereckshof, Teich und Park. Die heutigen Gebäude stammen hauptsächlich aus dem 17. und 18. Jahrhundert, mit einem Südwestturm aus dem Jahr 1478.
Dieses Schloss ist für die Öffentlichkeit nicht zugänglich.
