Even buiten de stad bevindt zich het imposante kasteel Betho. Het kasteel, waarvan de eerste vermelding terug te vinden is in 1267, was oorspronkelijk een waterslot. De huidige vijver refereert naar de slotgracht die ooit het volledige gebouw omsloot. Het residentieel kasteel is symmetrisch aangelegd en bestaat uit : kasteel, vierkantshoeve, vijver en park. De huidige gebouwen dateren voornamelijk uit de 17de en 18de eeuw, met een zuidwest toren uit 1478.
Dit kasteel is niet toegankelijk voor publiek.
