Juste à l’extérieur de la ville se trouve l’imposant château de Betho. Le château, dont la première mention remonte à 1267, était à l’origine un château d’eau. L’étang actuel fait référence aux douves qui entouraient autrefois l’ensemble du bâtiment. Le château résidentiel est aménagé symétriquement et se compose de: château, ferme carrée, étang et parc. Les bâtiments actuels datent principalement des 17ème et 18ème siècles, avec une tour sud-ouest de 1478.
Ce château n’est pas ouvert au public.
