Cannaertstraße Nr. 17. Historisches Gehöft z. B. "Kapelhoeve". Der Name verweist auf die an der Hofzufahrt gelegene O.-L.-V. von Troostkapel. 18. Jahrhundert Gehöft, verzeichnet auf der Ferraris-Karte (1770-1778) und dem Atlas der Nachbarwege (1830). Lose Bestandteile U-förmig gruppiert um einen gepflasterten Hof. Im Nordwesten das Bauernhaus, im Osten die Scheune und im Nordosten der Stallflügel. Langgestrecktes Bauernhaus von 1830 mit weiß gestrichener Backsteinfassade auf gepickter Sockel. Pfannendach mit Dachreiter. Auffällige Scheune von 1730 cf. Balk. VAN HOENACKER E., DECALUWÉ C., Kortrijk, in Landelijk leven en hoevegids Groot Kortrijk, Teil 3, Tielt, 1988, S. 65.
