Die Arabica Maragogype Qualitätsbohnen werden in kleinen Mengen (geröstet) über einen langen Zeitraum und bei niedriger Temperatur geröstet, d.h. 22 kg in 25 Minuten bei maximal 220 °C.
Wir verwenden Erdgas, um die Bohnen zu erhitzen (besser für die Umwelt). Durch den langsameren Röstprozess kommen mehr als 900 verschiedene Aromen zur Entfaltung.
