Der Name Central Park stammt aus New York
Dort haben Sie auch den großen Park zwischen allen hohen Wohnhäusern. Sie wollten ein bisschen das gleiche Gefühl auf Oosteroever erzeugen. Zum Beispiel gibt es Grün und Natur rund um die Gebäude.
Es gibt auch einen Stadtfluss, der entlang des Gebäudes gebaut wurde , wo immer Wasser fließt. Das ist bei warmem und trockenem Wetter ein plätschernder Bach und bei starkem Regen ein dynamisches Wasserspiel. Das System ist so konstruiert, dass bei Regen das Regenwasser nicht direkt in die Kanalisation gelangt. Das Wasser sickert nach und nach durch innovative Entwässerungsrinnen unter dem Central Park in den Boden.
