In der Nachkriegszeit war Chaumont-Gistoux ein beliebtes Urlaubsdomizil für die Schönen und Reichen aus Brüssel. Auch heute noch werden Kuchen nach einem jahrhundertealten Rezept hergestellt. Neben süßen und herzhaften Torten verkaufen sie auch Quiches, die alle vor Ort zubereitet werden.
