Das Naturschutzgebiet Unteres Helletal ist ein 34,2 ha großes Naturschutzgebiet im Stadtgebiet von Winterberg westlich von Elkeringhausen. Das Gebiet wurde 2008 mit dem Landschaftsplan Winterberg durch den Hochsauerlandkreis als ausgewiesen. Bereits 1992 war das Gebiet des heutigen NSG per Verordnung als Naturschutzgebiet Im Boden ausgewiesen worden. Das NSG gehört auch zum FFH-Gebiet Waldreservat Glindfeld-Orketal.
