Nach dem ehemaligen Schulzenhof „Alter Hof Herding“ in Coesfeld-Lette wurde die Kunst- und Kulturförderstiftung des Ehepaares Kurt und Lilly Ernsting benannt. Gegründet wurde sie im Jahr 1996. Sie verfolgt das Ziel, Kunst und Kultur in der Region Coesfeld zu fördern. In ihren dazu geschaffenen Einrichtungen, Glasmuseum, Alte Tenne, Glasdepot und konzert theater coesfeld, verwirklicht sie die Förderung der bildenden und darstellenden Künstler und ihrer Werke.
