Das alte Militärhospital der Marine von Cartagena, bis 1801 Real Hospital de Antiguones genannt, ist ein ehemaliges Krankenhaus der spanischen Marine, das sich in der Altstadt von Cartagena befindet und heute die Höhere Technische Schule für Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen der Polytechnischen Universität beherbergt.
Die Arbeiten zum Bau des Krankenhauses begannen am 1. Juli 1749 unter der Leitung des Militäringenieurs aus Baguena Sebastián Feringán und dauerten bis 1762. Die Eröffnung fand am 20. Mai jenes Jahres statt, wobei der Raguseer Mateo Vodopich als Direktor fungierte, da Feringán wenige Tage zuvor verstorben war. Die 8.924.863 Reales, die der Bau kostete, wurden von der Krone übernommen.[1][2]
