Das Touristeninformationsbüro befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, in der Nähe des Rathauses. Es wurde 2013 eingeweiht. Die geräumigen Räumlichkeiten mit einem klaren Stil ermöglichen einen Empfang in einer entspannten und entdeckungsfreudigen Atmosphäre. Der Empfang ist in verschiedene Bereiche unterteilt: Empfang, Shop, Entspannung, Ausstellungsbereich, spielerisch-pädagogische Entdeckung.
