Das Haus, auf Okzitanisch "Ostal", ist typisch für Lotoise und liegt im Tal der Dordogne und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Flusses Cère, einem seiner Nebenflüsse.
Es ist von einem 1 Hektar großen Grundstück umgeben, auf dem Sie die Natur genießen und sich in aller Ruhe erholen können.

Zugang zu den Zimmern im Obergeschoss (Deckenhöhe zwischen 1m98 und 1m72), 3 Zimmer mit Bett 160x200, Tablett mit Wasserkocher zur Verfügung gestellt, privates Badezimmer in jedem Zimmer mit Dusche und WC. Alle Zimmer sind mit einer umkehrbaren Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
