Dabei wird großer Wert auf die Herkunft der Produkte gelegt. Da sie vor allem handwerklich hergestellt werden, sind alle Konserven ohne Farb- und Konservierungsstoffe und behalten so den vollen Geschmack und die Authentizität der Region.
Die schwarzen Bauernschweine werden im Lauragais in Freiheit aufgezogen und das Geflügel stammt seit Jahren von Züchtern aus der Region. Im Laden finden Sie frische Produkte, aber auch Gepökeltes, Konserven und Geschenksets.
