Willkommen in der Welt der Foie Gras. Liebhaber von Foie Gras "in allen Variationen" werden mit diesem neuen Barkonzept im Herzen von Saint-Jean-de-Luz, der gastronomischen Hochburg des Baskenlandes, auf ihre Kosten kommen.
Sandrine, deren Lebenslauf reich an Erfahrungen ist, liebt Stopfleber und vor allem das Kochen. Sie wird auf Wunsch zubereitet, auf Toast, als Tapas, mit einem Salat landaise, aber auch Cassolette mit Entenherz, kleine getrocknete Entenwürstchen... Die Ente wird hier glorifiziert.
Um das Ende der Woche zu feiern, treffen Sie sich jeden Freitag von 18:30 bis 20:30 Uhr zum Pintxo Pote (1 Pintxo + 1 Glas).
