Die Porte Neuve ist eines der vier Tore in den Stadtmauern von Boulogne-sur-Mer.
Die Mauern wurden im frühen 13. Jahrhundert auf den Fundamenten einer galloromanischen Mauer von Philippe d'Hurepel, Graf von Boulogne, errichtet. Die Sockel des Turms stammen aus dem 16. Jahrhundert; Das Portal und die Strebepfeiler stammen aus dem Jahr 1632. Der Fußgängerüberweg wurde 1895 erbaut. Darüber steht eine Holzstatue der Jungfrau Maria auf einem Gebäude, das im 19. Jahrhundert als „Aubete“ bekannt war und als Residenz eines Hilfsmajors diente. Es wurde um 1866 zerstört.
