Vroomshoop ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Twenterand in der niederländischen Provinz Overijssel und gehört zur Region Twente.
Das Dorf wurde um 1850 gegründet, aber bereits 1772 wird der Name Vroomshoop erstmals erwähnt. Das Dorf liegt am Overijssels Kanal, an dem Punkt, wo der Ast Zwolle - Vroomshoop in den Ast Kanal Almelo-De Haandrik mündet. Der Kanal wurde am 5. September 1856 eröffnet. Die Strecke Vroomshoop - Zwolle wurde am 12. Juni 1855 eröffnet. Der erste Brückentyp war eine Floßbrücke oder Scholle.
