Herausgeber der Zeitung ist der Verlag NDC Mediagroep mit Hauptbüros in Leeuwarden und Groningen, bei dem auch das Dagblad van het Noorden erscheint. Die bezahlte Auflage betrug im ersten Quartal 2008 91.036 Exemplare. Chefredakteur ist Hans Snijder.
