Die Dominikanerkirche und das -kloster bilden ein neogotisches Ensemble in Zwolle an der Assendorperstraat im Stadtteil Assendorp. Die Kirche ist unter den Zwolleern auch als Paterskirche oder Thomaskirche bekannt. Das angrenzende Dominikanerkloster beherbergt die Dominikaner. Der Bau der Kirche und des Klosters, entworfen von dem Architekten Johannes Kayser, begann am 3. Mai 1900. Der Grundstein wurde an diesem Tag von dem Generaloberen Ludovicus Theissling gelegt. Die Einweihung fand am 12. Dezember 1901 statt. Seit 1580 waren die Dominikaner nicht mehr in Zwolle gewesen. Bis 1965 war es eine offene Klosterkirche, danach wurde es das Rektorat St. Thomas von Aquino.
