Die Maria-Himmelfahrtskirche ist ein neogotisches Kirchengebäude, das sich an der Dorpsstraat 50 in Graauw befindet.
Die Pfarrei Grauw und Langendam wurde 1805 gegründet und war der Unserer Lieben Frau von Hilfe geweiht, später wurde dies: Maria Aufnahme in den Himmel, umgangssprachlich Maria Himmelfahrt. Der erste Pfarrer war ein Kapuziner, der 1797 von den Franzosen aus seinem Kloster in Mechelen vertrieben wurde. Dieser Pfarrer förderte die Verehrung der Heiligen Godelieve. Bereits 1806 besaß die Kirche eine Reliquie dieser Heiligen. Bis 1841 gehörte die Pfarrei noch zum Zeelandischen Teil des Bistums Gent, danach fiel sie unter das Apostolische Vikariat von Breda, das spätere Bistum.
