The Roman Catholic parish church of Grins is located in the middle of the cemetery at the western edge of the municipality of Grins in the Landeck district of Tyrol. It is dedicated to Saint Nicholas and belongs to the deanery of Zams in the Diocese of Innsbruck. The building is protected as a historic monument. The church is first mentioned in documents in 1439. The consecration of a church is mentioned in 1497. The construction of the present Late Baroque church took place from 1775 to 1779, supposedly according to plans by Franz Singer and master mason Weiskopf. Contrary to previous assumptions, Klaus Aman does not attribute the parish church of Grins to Franz Singer in his 262-page dissertation from 2002.
