The Roman Catholic Old Parish Church of Stans is located outside the village in the Austrian municipality of Stans in Tyrol. The parish church, dedicated to Saints Lawrence and Ulrich, belongs to the deanery of Schwaz in the Diocese of Innsbruck. The church and the churchyard are protected as historical monuments. A church was mentioned in documents in 1337. The Gothic church building was erected around 1505/1510 and was baroque in style in 1726 according to plans by Jakob Singer. The church, designated as a curacy church in 1816, was elevated to parish church status in 1891. The church was desecrated in 1896 and stripped of its furnishings.
