This route leads up and down around the rivers Lammer, Rußbach and Schwarzerbach and tries to avoid the busy main roads as much as possible (which does not always work).
First you cycle around the Schwarzerbach via the hamlet of Au to Abtenau (Au is near the nearby waterfalls of Trickl and Dachser). After passing Abtenau, you climb up to the hamlet of Schratten. After the descent, you will reach the B162 and then follow the B166 for several kilometers.

Then turn left into a small road (Leitenhaus) that follows the Lammer and then climbs with a few hairpin bends through a forest to farms (hamlet of Geschwandtleiten), here the gradients rise to 19%. Then descend into the valley of the Rußbach and follow the B166 for less than a kilometre.

Then it goes on side roads (climbing) around the Radochsberg and down to the Lammer. You now follow the Lammerweg to Voglau, and then it is a few kilometers on the B162 to the campsite near Abtenau.
