Henri-Chapelle is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Welkenraedt, located in the province of Liège, Belgian.It is located 17 kilometers south-west of the spa and border city of Aachen. Just 300 metres west of the town, near the water tower, is the highest point in the Herve plateau, at 354 metres above sea level.
