Sautin is a section of the Belgian municipality of Sivry-Rance, located in the Walloon Region in the Province of Hainaut.
A hamlet of Sivry since the 17th century, Sautin only gained its autonomy in 1914. The local population has always lived from agriculture as well as from the forest, until the disappearance of the forges in the middle of the 19th century.
