Le Château du Mylord is a restaurant with two Michelin stars in Elzele in the Belgian province of Hainaut. The chef is Jean-Baptiste Thomaes, who had his brother Vincent as maître-sommelier by his side from 1985 to 2006, and from 1988 his brother Christophe as pastry chef.
Château du Mylord opened in 1981 in an old villa built in 1861 by Frederic Gubbins of Kilfrusch in 1817), former Governor of Benares; the latter met Bellonie Créteur from Elzele, whom he married in 1849.
