St. Anne Church of Heverlee has a tower built of sandstone and iron sandstone blocks. The church stands in a walled graveyard. The most notable is the 11th century tower with tent roof . The van Peteghem organ dates from 1816 and has been protected since 1980 . The church is protected as well as the 18th century rectory in the main street since 1980 .
