Mostaard Wostyn was featured in the cooking program Dagelijkse kost by Jeroen Meus. The business is back in the hands of the Wostyn family: Piet Wostyn, the great-grandson of the pioneer Ivo-Jacob Wostyn. Due to the high demand for Mostaard Wostyn, it was decided in December 2004 to move production to a larger location. The workshop relocates to Oude Gentweg 63 while the shop reopens in the family home at Conscienceplein 7. To this day, Mostaard Wostyn is made using traditional methods, and the original recipe has not changed. Mostaard Wostyn is made from a selection of dark brown mustard seeds, vinegar, water, and salt, without preservatives, thickening agents, or colorants.
