Jeuk is a relatively unknown Limburg village near the language border. But here once lived a now well-known family who immigrated to Wallonia. The family of the famous Walloon politician Laurette Onkelinx. They moved to Ougrée. Jeuk was once the first socialist village in Limburg. From here, workers moved daily to the steelworks of Seraing and Ougré.
