The church not only stands tall, it also presents itself boldly and robustly with its octagonal tower. The tower dates from the 13th century, while the rest of the church was built in the mid-18th century and is of a classicist style. Feel free to go inside, as especially the rococo ornamentation with rocaille and shell motifs is quite worth it. The heavenly sounds come from an original Van Petegem organ that was built in 1789.
