The 65 ha Gavermeer constitutes the centre of the area. Apart from walking and cycling, you can also sail, surf and angle. In summer you can swim in the guarded swimming area. There is also a sanitary facility where you can shower.
The whole provincial domain with a surface area of 173 ha also features play and sunbathing areas, pathways, a cycle track, a bridle road, a nature reserve and the restored Kouter mill.
