The Basilica of Our Lady of Kortenbos, officially the Basilica of the Assumption of Mary, is a church building in Kortenbos in the Belgian municipality of Sint-Truiden. The pilgrimage church is dedicated to Our Lady, of whom a statue is particularly venerated in Kortenbos. The Basilica of Kortenbos also serves as a parish church for a parish that includes parts of Alken, Kozen, Zepperen, and Melveren. The Norbertines of the Abbey of Averbode are the ministers of the parish of Kortenbos.
