The Sint-Hubertus Church is the parish church of Erpekom, a church village of Grote-Brogel. The church is located on Erpekommerweg.
In Erpekom, there was already an 11th or 12th-century Romanesque chapel with an attached late Gothic brick tower dating from around 1550. In the 13th century, the nave was enlarged and the choir was renewed at that time. In 1959, this was sold to the Open Air Museum Bokrijk and in 1960 it was moved there, for which it was dismantled stone by stone and rebuilt there. The chapel is partially made of Maaseik stones and contains a mural that presumably depicts Saint Hubertus. Among the inventory transported to Bokrijk was a signed altar table by Jan van Steffeswert from 1510 depicting the conversion of Saint Hubertus.
