Passionate about beer, brewer Olivier Op De Beeck, both privately and professionally, has always been looking for the how and why at various breweries/breweries at home and abroad. In 2012 he took the helm into his own hands for the first time and created his first beers. In 2016, Brouwerij De Klem launched its first beer Hellegat Blond on the market. The brewery is located in Niel (Galileilaan) and also regularly opens its doors to introduce anyone interested in the ins and outs of the village brewery...
