Unique ensemble of approximately 100 hectares; from 1911 the first phase of construction in late landscape style around the eclectic Leenberg Castle; redevelopment around 1930 to a design by J. Gallopin and expansion to new residential units (Sint-Gertrudenhof, Verloren Hoek...), inspiration from 'Nouveau jardin pittoresque' noticeable; redevelopment of the surroundings of the Sint-Gertrudenhof by René Pechère in 1960.
