Farm with detached components from the 1870s, located at a side arm of the Eethoek, near the highway (E17-A14) and the border with the municipality of Lochristi. According to data from the land registry archive, François Verhofsté had an existing farm with a farmhouse and barn completely rebuilt in 1872 and added a cart shed at the estate access. The year anchors "1875" in the gable top of the barn date the reconstruction a few years later. Estate access with red-painted iron gate between two square, brick gate pillars with a hard stone capstone.
