A long, elongated farm shaded by a large acacia, called Melskens, after Joseph Melskens, who lived here between 1857 and his death in 1880, with an arrangement: stable(?)-residential house-stable-cross barn-stable; three (?) residential sections and one building layer, under a gabled roof (ridge perpendicular to the street, Flemish tiles) with eaves beams, hipped on the street side, dating back to the 18th century.
