Former flax worker's house with boat house, built in 1936 according to the land registry by flax trader Medard Coeman, designed by Poly Scherpereel (personal communication from resident). Yellow brick house under a mansard gabled roof covered with tiles. Rectangular bay window extension on the upper floor with adjoining balcony featuring rounded corners and tubular railing. Rectangular openings with renewed woodwork. Partially adapted ground floor, see new openings in the left bay and recent plinth and door framing.
