Neffe is a village on the banks of the Meuse located about a kilometer south of the town of Dinant, in the province of Namur. It is today administratively part of the town of Dinant. The parish was created in the 19th century. The church dates from 1893 and the rectory from 1898. Until 1970, Neffe had the peculiar feature of being administratively divided between Anseremme and Dinant. The Neffe charreau served as an administrative boundary, a boundary that crossed only one neighborhood or village.
