De Teut is a nature reserve in the Belgian municipality of Zonhoven. The nature reserve is located south of the E314 and forms a unit with the Tenhaagdoornheide nature reserve in Houthalen-Helchteren, which is located north of the motorway. Together they form a heathland of about 2000 hectares, the largest in Central Limburg. Since 2006, the Molenheide has also been part of the Teut.
